Nintendo finally debuted its latest generation of DS handheld gaming consoles at E3 in June. Reviews so far have been very positive with many people saying the 3D experience is convincing.
The unit will feature a 3.5 inch screen and not require any special glasses to view the 3D effect on the games. One huge added bonus is the ability to take 3D pictures with the unit. The 3DS features two built in camera lenses that will allow the user to snap 3D pictures and view them on the device.
The Nintendo 3DS will also be able to playback 3D movies so that parents will not have to go out and buy their kids a 3D TV... yet.
