3D Version of Batman: Arkham Asylum Announced

SquareEnix, the publisher of Batman: Arkham Asylum has just announced that a 3D version of
the game will be available at the end of March 2010. The critically acclaimed superhero game
was voted by many as 2009's "Game of the Year". And indeed, it did break a Guiness World
record for being the most critically acclaimed superhero game to have ever been released. The
3D version of the game will add three dimensionality to all standard high-definition TV sets.

How? you may ask... Well, the game will feature
support for TriOviz 3D which incorporates a 3D glasses
setup which will expand the depth-of-field effects in this
comic book action game. The game will still retain its
original colour saturation effects.

The non 3D version of Arkham Asylum is in the running for many games awards and
will probably secure more than a few of them. 3D will most likely add to the appeal of
this critically acclaimed Batman game. Stay tuned for more updates.
